Join us for a workshop focusing on sharing informative, professional, and personal experiences in the O’odham/Indigenous food-producing business. The presentation will feature San Xavier Cooperative Farm Food Production (The Growers), Inventory and Processing (The Packagers), and special guests, The Ranch Mobile Eatery !
The Ranch Mobile Eatery is an O’odham woman-owned business out of the Akimel O’odham/Gila River Indian Community that utilizes SXCF products in its menu. Owner and operator, Kaitlin Martinez, will share her passion for food and how she began her food truck business.
The Ranch Mobile Eatery will be open for business and selling lunch to the public after the workshop!
